School graduates should decide on the place of their future studies during their studies. It is in our time that this problem acquires a very important meaning, since fierce competition in the labor market forces schoolchildren and their parents to think about this issue. The correct answer to it affects the entire future of a person. It is difficult not to get lost, navigate correctly, and find your place in the vast world of professions, especially for a young person who has graduated from high school. He should choose a profession that is important to him, necessary for society and appropriate to the needs and interests of the labor market. 

To this end, employees of Buryat State University, one of the leading universities in our republic, held career guidance meetings with 9th-11th grade students in our district on March 17, 18, and 19, 2025. 

During this meeting, university teachers told the students in detail about professions and specialties, directions and rules of admission, the organization of theoretical and practical training and leisure for students, the scholarship system, the employment of graduates, and explained the rules for admission to universities in 2025. 

The experts of the OGE and the Unified State Exam held consultations with students in the subjects of Mathematics, Social Studies, and Biology. Psychologists organized the training "Prevention of exam stress". Also, within the framework of the event, a meeting was held with school leaders "How to solve the problem of teacher shortage?" 

I would like to note that such meetings help shape the future generation of qualified specialists who contribute to the development of our society.
